Personal training is aimed at the client who wants that little bit more, either in the studio or outside incorporating Nordic Walking it is tailor made for you to get the best results.

I can offer one to one or group sessions using my skills to support, motivate and encourage you every step of the way. In my studio I have a wide range of functional equipment which is all utilised and adapted to suit your needs.

We are all individual with different goals and targets each to be trained to a programme that suits you, whether you want to train for a specific challenge, sport specific, weight loss, flexibility, core strength, boxing the list goes on!

Sometimes we find it hard to motivate ourselves to exercise, if you book in with me I can guarantee that I will give you the motivation that you are looking for!  Remember if your body is feeling energised your mind will too, exercising makes sense to do: it combats diseases and health conditions, keeps your muscles flexible, improves your mood, improves energy levels, improves sleep and above all it is fun!

On your first appointment we will chat about your aims and goals and then take the rest form there, all you have to do is to contact me.
