I can offer one to one or group sessions using my skills to support, motivate and encourage you every step of the way. 

Everyone is an individual with different goals and targets each to be trained to a programme that suits you. I use varied methods such as: 

Rebounding - which is an unique form of exercise that reduces your body fat and firms your legs, thighs, abdomen, arms and hips. The workout not only improves the participant’s cardio-vascular fitness, but it continually challenges balance, coordination and proprioception like no other activity can. 

Boxercise - a fantastic stress buster using aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, enhances sports specific senses including hand eye coordination, balance and timing.

Swiss Ball - Swiss balls are one of today's top fitness tools - and for good reason! Using a Swiss ball will improve the strength of the abs and the lower back. Since the Swiss ball is unstable you have to constantly adjust your balance, which in turn will improve your balance, proprioception and flexibility. It improves Alignment, Abdonimals, Muscle Strength and Endurance and Core Stability.

Free weights/Body weight/Dyna bands and Gym stick training – A wide range of exercises can be performed with these methods to gain results. 

And of course Nordic Walking
